Idea Building Package

In this package the conceptualization of the part starts to come into focus. We have a general team of engineers and designers run through a brain storming session figuring out possible solutions and advancing the concept. The delivered outcome of this package is a summary report of the idea including concept sketches, product feature possibilities, and a design metric.

Concept Selection and Evaluation Package

In addition to everything above this package brings the scope of the project into view. This package starts with the evaluation of the concept sketches using voice of the customer evaluation, along with your vision to start initial design. Using statistical analysis of customer results we create a feature set which will be used in the initial design.

Model Design Package

In addition to everything above this package starts the engineering design process using the criteria generated in the previous package. We will take the top two concepts and start designing in CAD. At the end of this package there will be a full 3D cad assembly and revision 1 design drawings.

Prototype Design Package

In addition to everything above this package is the construction of a working prototype. During this package we will also revisit the revision 1 drawing and make them production drawing.
