The name of our company, Midnight
Invention, was coined by our President, Gregory E. Needel, when he was a middle
and high school student working late nights on school projects with the help of
his father. Mr. Needel spent many nights
"burning the midnight oil" to complete Science Fair projects and
other innovative ideas he developed to complete school assignments.
While attending the Rochester
Institute of Technology, Mr. Needel honed the skills necessary to share his
unique problem solving methods, new ideas, and engineering technology skills
with others for the benefit of all, through his company. We now offer services to inventors,
hobbyists, industry and anyone in a field who would benefit from "out of
the box" creative thought. We
consider ourselves here at Midnight Invention a "think tank," where
our practical knowledge and skills can help to change the world.
Our staff has worked on some high
tech projects, such as designing components for NASA and working with new laser scanning technology to create an autonomous
vehicle steering system. We have
specialists familiar with many different CAD programs, so that we can choose
the best program to fit a client's needs.
MI, Inc. can work in many ways to help design and/or develop any
client's product or idea - everything from moving the design process along on a
project to developing marketing and fundraising proposals. Our staff is well trained and willing to work
with each client based upon their individual needs.
